Name, email and an optional phone number. You create or sign into your account as part of the flow, and if the cohort is already full the same form places you on the waitlist.

A confirmation email, your workbook download, the Zoom details for every session, and one-click calendar invites (Google, Outlook, Apple or a downloadable .ics) so class is already on your calendar.
Your dashboard highlights the next session with a countdown and a Join Live Session button. Reminders arrive 24 hours and 1 hour before, so nothing depends on remembering.

Each week opens to reveal the workbook assignment, weekly practice, Zoom link, replay and your private reflection notes.
Week seven brings the whole arc together in a closing integration experience, and your Certificate of Completion is issued from the Metaphysical Learning Center.
